At Flow Detail, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services and professional results. Every vehicle is treated with care, attention to detail, and industry-proven methods. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to addressing any genuine concerns related to the service provided.
Service Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of our work.
If you believe an aspect of the service has not been completed as agreed, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
Where appropriate and at our discretion, we may:
Revisit the vehicle to address specific concerns, or
Re-do the affected area of the service
This does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Refund Policy
Flow Detail operates a strict no-refund policy.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
This applies to deposits, partial payments, and full payments.
Once a service has been booked or carried out, all payments are final.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Completed detailing services
Deposits for cancelled, rescheduled, or missed appointments
Labour, time, and preparation costs
Products used, including specialty coatings, sealants, or treatments
Custom services or special requests
Deposits
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
Deposits typically range between 15–50% of the total service cost.
A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, including cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Failure to attend the appointment or provide access to the vehicle will result in loss of all payments.
Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may be refused at our discretion.
Time slots are reserved exclusively for each client, and cancellations impact our ability to operate.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking any service with Flow Detail, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund & Deposit Policy.
