Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Flow Detail ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide professional detailing services including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction and ceramic coating. The specific services, pricing, and timeframes will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

1. Service Agreement

  • By booking a service with Flow Detail, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  • All services are priced based on the quality of results, not time spent. Estimated service durations are provided for planning purposes only and do not guarantee service length.

2. Bookings & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be carried over to a rescheduled booking if needed.

  • Bookings must be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Flow Detail reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment failure, personal emergencies).

3. Safe Working Environment

  • Clients must provide a safe and accessible working area, free from hazards, pets, and obstacles.

  • Flow Detail reserves the right to refuse service if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, or risks staff or vehicle safety.

  • Any additional time required due to unsafe conditions may be charged at Flow Detail’s discretion.

4. Vehicle Condition & Client Responsibility

  • Clients must disclose any existing damage, modifications, or delicate surfaces.

  • Flow Detail will inspect vehicles prior to starting work and may refuse services if the vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively contaminated, or at risk of damage.

  • Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables. Flow Detail is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

5. Service Limitations

  • Flow Detail uses professional-grade tools and chemicals. Some imperfections (deep scratches, etching, prior poor repairs) may not be fully correctable.

  • Maintenance or recurring services assume the vehicle has been previously cleaned or treated as recommended.

  • All coatings, waxes, and treatments have manufacturer-expected longevity. Flow Detail cannot guarantee results beyond this.

6. Liability

  • Flow Detail is fully insured; however, liability for accidental damage is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • Flow Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or paint defects unrelated to detailing services.

  • Any additional work requested outside the agreed service will require client approval and may incur extra charges.

7. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled services.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless prior written arrangements are made.

  • Flow Detail reserves the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received as agreed.

8. Customer Conduct

  • Clients are expected to act professionally and provide a safe working environment.

  • Flow Detail reserves the right to refuse service or cease work immediately if clients behave inappropriately, aggressively, or unsafely.

9. Weather & Environmental Conditions

  • Mobile services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to adverse weather or environmental conditions.

  • Services requiring specific conditions (shade, sun, dry surfaces) may be adapted to ensure quality results.

10. Warranty & Aftercare

  • Flow Detail guarantees the quality of workmanship for services provided.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours to Flow Detail for assessment and remedy.

  • Aftercare instructions provided must be followed to maintain coatings, waxes, or treatments.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All images, branding, and promotional content remain the property of Flow Detail unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Force Majeure

  • Flow Detail is not liable for service delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to extreme weather, accidents, power failure, or equipment malfunction.

13. Amendments

  • Flow Detail reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are bound by the T&Cs in place at the time of booking.

14. Vehicle Condition

By bringing your vehicle to us, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner or have authorization to have the vehicle serviced

  • The vehicle is in legal and operational condition

  • You have removed all personal belongings and valuables

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
