A ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that bonds to your paint and cures into a hard, glass-like layer. Water sheets off it, dirt struggles to key into it, and UV stops flattening your colour. We apply ours fully mobile — at your home or workplace, across the Wirral, Chester and North Wales.
What A Coating Actually Does
A wax sits on top of your paint and washes away in a couple of months. A ceramic coating bonds to it. That bond is what buys you years instead of weeks, and it's why the preparation underneath matters more than the bottle it came out of.
The practical difference shows up on wash day. Contamination sits on the surface of the coating rather than gripping the clear coat, so a coated car comes clean with far less contact — and less contact is what keeps swirl marks out of your paint in the first place. The gloss is the part people notice; the reduction in wash-induced damage is the part that actually protects the car's value.

What It Will Not Do
It isn't scratch-proof
A coating adds hardness and shrugs off light marring and chemical etching. It will not stop a stone chip, a car park door, or a key. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
It doesn't replace washing
Coated paint gets dirty like any other paint — it just lets go of the dirt far more easily. You still wash the car; it simply takes a fraction of the effort and does a fraction of the damage.
It locks in whatever is underneath
A coating seals the paint in its current condition for years. That is exactly why we machine polish first — coating over swirls preserves the swirls.
